The Role
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Bar Manager to develop our epic team of Bartenders. People-focused leadership is a non-negotiable for us. You will thrive in building a talent pipeline and want to see your teams evolve and grow. You lead from the front and ensure consistency for standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing stock, including ordering, accepting, and counting
- Investigating any variances
- Overseeing both the venue and your team
