ABOUT THE ROLE. Are you ready to master and own what you do? We’re looking for someone who can lead and inspire the team and nail service and guest experience time and time again. You will get the fuse lighted behind the bar, feeding this energy off to your guests and team. You will create epic experiences for our guests from the 5pm after-work drinks, to Hen and Stag do's, Bottomless Brunches and Cocktail Masterclasses. You will help our guests to get lost in the moment and get those cheeky 'will that be a double' upsells in, recommending our cocktails and promoting any deals we have going. You'll have an eye for detail ensuring everything leaving the bar is to spec and that quality is never missing. You will lead and inspire your team of bartenders to sizzle guests with their skills. Working closely with our Managers, you will ensure that epic shifts are delivered consistently.
