The Role:
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Bar Manager to develop our epic team of Bartenders! People focused leadership is a non-negotiable for us. You’ll be someone who thrives in building a talent pipeline and wants to see your teams evolve and grow. You lead from the front and aren’t someone who does everything yourself! You’ll want to drive consistency for standards. Your responsibilities will include managing stock, overseeing both the venue and your team, and taking charge of recruitment and development within your department.
