Boom Battle Bar - Liverpool is seeking a confident bar lead to master and inspire a team while delivering outstanding guest experiences. You’ll manage the bar service from 5pm onwards, upsell cocktails and promote deals, and drive epic experiences from after-work drinks to themed events.
You’ll ensure every drink leaving the bar is to spec and coach bartenders to shine, coordinating with Managers to deliver epic shifts.
