Youwill get the fuse lighted behind the bar feeding this energy off to your guestsand team. You will create epic experiences for our guests from the 5pm afterwork drinks, to Hen and Stag do’s, Bottomless Brunches and CocktailMasterclasses! You will help our guests to get lost in the moment and get thosecheeky ‘will that be a double’ upsells in, recommending our cocktails andpromoting any deals we have going.
You’llhave an eye for detail ensuring everything leaving the bar is to spec and thatquality is never missing. You will lead and inspire your team of bartenders tosizzle guests with their skills. Working closely with our Managers you willensure that epic shifts are delivered consistently.
