You’ll be the life of the party, ready to seize every opportunity and the venue guru on all things Boom. You’ll know our gaming rules inside out through training with extraordinary team members and you’ll be fully game-fluent to explain them to clients and guests. We seek to make people’s day by creating the unexpected and spontaneous sparks that light the fuse and get the party well and truly started.
Responsibilities
- Host a variety of events and experiences, including competitive social activities, axe throwing demonstrations, corporate events, full-venue hires, and celebratory occasions (e.g., hens and stags).
- Engage guests as the venue guru, explaining games and rules after training with the team and ensuring a high-energy, memorable experience.
- Identify opportunities to deliver exceptional moments and create spontaneous engagement that drives positive guest impressions.
- Collaborate with team members to execute events smoothly and safely while maintaining brand standards.
