We are looking for an energetic, driven and passionate Kitchen Manager to lead the team at BOOM BATTLE BAR BATH. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual, ideally with previous management experience within the leisure or hospitality industries.

As the Kitchen Manager you will take on a key management role, keeping the kitchen at its best. Training fellow kitchen staff and working closely with the entire team. You’ll want to drive consistency for standards. Specs, cleanliness and timing, on point and guest journey will be nothing short of epic. You will be a hands-on leader who supports performance and sets the tone for service, energy and accountability.

  • At least 2 years experience in a Kitchen
  • Enthusiastic and passionate about your role
  • High Service standards
  • Ensure good stock and waste control is practised
  • Be responsible for the quality control of stock and prepared foods
  • Execute cooking to the expected high standard quickly and efficiently
  • Ensure the cleanliness, hygiene and organisation of designated section
  • Support the management team, delivering required standard of food
  • To ensure that all duties are carried out in accordance with statutory and/or Group Health and Safety requirements, including food hygiene regulations.
  • To support your team mates at peak times and to undertake any operational duty which might be required, to ensure guest expectations are met
  • To participate, constructively, in performance reviews with the management team and to work towards objectives/goals.
  • Improve any areas of performance that fell necessary, to maintain an excellent level of service to guests
  • Menu development and ideas to drive sales.
