We are looking for an energetic, driven and ambitious Assistant Manager/Bar Manager to lead our team at BOOM BATTLE BAR. A passion for hospitality and creating great guest experiences is essential. You will report into the General Manager and the franchisee. Someone with 2+ years of hospitality management experience. And a basic knowledge of:
- Stock taking
- Stock par levels
- GPs
- Ordering
- Managing a medium to large team of people
- Health and safety compliance
- Excellent customer service skills
