THE ROLE

We are looking for an energetic, driven and ambitious Assistant Manager/Bar Manager to lead our team at BOOM BATTLE BAR. A passion for hospitality and creating great guest experiences is essential. You will report into the General Manager and the franchisee.

Someone with 2+ years of hospitality management experience.

And a basic knowledge of

  • Stock taking
  • Stock par levels
  • GPs
  • Ordering
  • Managing a medium to large team of people
  • Health and safety compliance
  • Excellent customer service skills

People focused leadership is essential. You’ll be someone who thrives on building a talent pipeline and wants to see your teams evolve and grow. You lead from the front and aren’t someone who does everything yourself!

You’ll need to be someone who thrives in high energy environments, and wet‑led environments specifically are where you shine.

You’ll want to drive for consistently high standards. Specs will be on‑point and the guest journey will be nothing short of wonderful under your guidance!

Your organisational skills will be second to none, ensuring that nothing slips through the cracks while overseeing both the venue and your team. Additionally, you’ll be part of the recruitment and staff development process.
