Teamwork is a non-negotiable for us, so where do our Kitchen Team members fit in here? You are the guru of all things Boom Bites. You will be the go-to person who talks with the Front of House Team about what’s going on in the Kitchen and helps with anything they may need, from your personal faves on the menu to helping them understand allergens. We all work to achieve the same goal and that is epic guest experience.
When orders come through you are the champion at making sure every item goes out on time and on spec, ensuring quality never suffers. As the go-to person in the kitchen, you’ll also be the pro at getting things ready for big events, keeping track of food, and making sure we follow all the safety rules. You’ll help keep everything super clean and top-notch, with the aim of impressing EHO every time they swing by.
