Who we are

Boolean is an online academy that helps passionate people become software engineers. We take people with lots of potential and turn them into quality developers through our intensive, full-time courses. We’ve taken the best of classroom teaching (1:1 support, pair and group work, sense of community) and we’ve fused it with online lessons. In this way, we’ve been able to create an intensive full-time course with live teaching that students can follow from the comfort of their homes.

What do Teachers do?

  • Develop teaching material
  • Run sessions for small classes
  • Mentor young students who are entering the workforce
  • Provide exercises and activities for self-study afternoons
  • Guide the students in developing mock applications
  • Pass on industry knowledge and passion

Teachers also continuously improve course content, working on developing and updating the materials such as exercises, lessons, and documentation. The work doesn’t stop with teaching coding: Teachers help students understand the DNA of a developer, injecting them with a thirst for knowledge, a problem-solver mindset, and a healthy dose of geekiness.

This role is for you if
