- Prototype ideas to test hypotheses and validate solutions quickly
- Design and run experiments to inform decision‑making and measure impact
- Work within and contribute to our design system
- Ship work iteratively, measuring impact and refining based on outcomes
- Collaborate effectively with engineers throughout implementation
- Advocate for users and design quality in cross‑functional discussions
- Present and defend design decisions to stakeholders at all levels
- Contribute to the evolution of our design practice, tools, and ways of working
- Help establish design as a strategic partner across the organisation
- Share knowledge and raise the bar for design across the team
What We’re Looking For

- 5+ years of product design experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end work
- Exceptional craft skills across interaction, visual, and systems thinking
- Deep understanding of user‑centred design principles and how to apply them in complex product contexts
- Experience working within design systems and contributing to their evolution
- Comfortable leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance design process and output
- Track record of shipping successful products in fast‑paced environments
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and defining your own path forward
- Proactive and self‑directed – you identify opportunities and take initiative
- Strong collaboration skills – you work effectively with diverse teams and build productive relationships
- Excellent communication – you can articulate design thinking clearly to any audience
