You'll lead from the front, setting the standard for what 'great' looks like and fostering a supportive, high-performance culture within your team.
You'll be working with a company that is in the business of helping people thrive and feel fantastic. This isn't just a job; it's an opportunity to build a team, develop talent, and directly contribute to our global growth.
Here's how you'll make an impact:
- Sales Development (individual contributor)

- Reactivate lapsed customers and closed-lost opportunities with tailored outreach strategies
- Manage and report on your pipeline, ensuring all leads are worked effectively in Salesforce
- Meet and exceed your reduced monthly target
- Team Leadership & Coaching
- Lead a pod of 2-3 SDRs, supporting their day-to-day activity, development, and performance
- Conduct regular 1:1s and call coaching sessions to improve skills, confidence, and conversion
- Motivate and inspire the team to hit and exceed KPIs, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration
- Provide structured onboarding and training for new team members in your pod
- Act as the first escalation point for questions, issues, and challenges
- Work closely with the Sales Manager to report on team performance, share insights, and recommend improvements
- Lead by example - consistently demonstrating best practice in outreach, pipeline management, and customer engagement
- Collaboration & Reporting
- Align closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment of strategies and messaging
- Provide regular updates on campaign results, lead quality, and conversion metrics
- Maintain accurate records in CRM, tracking every interaction and lead progression
- Excellent management of your pipeline and ensure each lead is worked effectively by following the prescribed contact strategy
Requirements
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
- Provable, deep expertise and experience in SDR, with a proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets
