Overview
Outbound Sales Representative (Remote within UK)
This role focuses on finding and converting leads, expanding the customer base, and collaborating with marketing and sales teams to drive growth for Booksy. This is a remote position from within the UK, with occasional travel to our Eastbourne office (expense‑able) for trainings and team meetings. Salary range noted: £25,000-£30,000 base plus uncapped commission.
What You\’ll Do
- Actively follow up on leads to qualify and convert them into sales opportunities through cold calls.
- Build an online presence (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) to promote the Booksy brand and generate leads; use email outreach and social selling; collaborate with Marketing to share trends and ideas.
- Identify lapsed customers and develop targeted outreach to bring them back on board.
- Analyze past closed-lost opportunities and create re-engagement strategies with the sales team to convert them into warm leads.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align strategies and messaging; provide regular updates on campaign results, lead quality, and conversion metrics; maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline management.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs by applying the Booksy Sales Methodology; participate in meetings, trainings, and ad hoc projects; stay informed on industry trends.
Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience in outbound sales in a B2B environment.
- Experience selling to SMBs at high volume; closing skills preferred.
- Google Suite proficiency and strong tech skills; comfortable running a product demo on the Booksy app and using Salesforce as CRM.
