  • Define and execute the Booksy Wallet strategy, focusing on meeting merchant expectations regarding money flow transparency within Booksy Payments and driving widespread adoption of the solution.
  • Translate product vision into reality by defining the mission, key performance indicators (KPIs), and quantifying major problems for specific parts of Booksy.

  • Define product requirements, create user stories, and prioritize product backlogs to ensure timely and successful delivery.
  • Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities for product improvement and differentiation.
  • Collaborate closely with cross‐functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and customer support, to drive successful product development.
  • Guide the development of intuitive and user‐friendly interfaces, ensuring a seamless end‐to‐end customer experience.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior and mid‐level product managers through shared experiences and specific case studies.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in the Product area with additional experience as a Senior Product Manager position, preferably in the payments domain.
  • Proficient in agile product development methodologies and tools.
  • Ability to identify core issues, describe them as problem statements and effectively break them down into actionable steps, guiding the team towards efficient solutions.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and drive data‐informed decision making.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross‐functional teams and stakeholders (up to C‐level).
  • A strategic mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional user experiences.
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to taking charge of product domain and the ability to work autonomously.
  • At a minimum we require conversational level English language skills.
