Position: Product Analytics Manager, reporting directly to the Director of Product Analytics, will bridge the gap between complex data and strategic product decisions. You will analyse millions of transactions and data points across our global client base while balancing hands-on analytical work with the leadership and mentoring of a dedicated team of analysts.

Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of analysts, ensuring they have the support and clarity needed to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Drive Insights: Understand funnels, ecosystems, user behaviours, and long-term trends in the adoption of our products to identify opportunities for step-changes of specific customer segments.
  • Strategic KPI Frameworks: Develop and maintain comprehensive KPI trees and frameworks to provide clear visibility on domain performance and trends.
  • Metric Definition & Growth: Define key metrics reflecting product success and monitor health, while identifying growth opportunities in retention, engagement, and monetisation through quantitative analysis.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and senior stakeholders to translate data insights into actionable narratives and strategies.
  • Process Automation: Lead efforts to automate data management and reporting processes, collaborating with Business Intelligence and Data Engineering teams.
  • Experimentation: Champion a hypothesis-driven approach, overseeing product A/B testing and funnel optimisation to de-risk development.
Essential Qualifications
  • Experience: Extensive experience in product analytics or related fields and experimentation, working with large volumes of data. Proven track record in managing and mentoring teams, including continuously lifting the bar to drive insights and impact.
  • Technical Proficiency: Extensive SQL skills (experience with BigQuery is an asset) for complex data querying and ensuring data quality.
  • Tooling: Proficiency in utilising and optimising analytics platforms such as Looker, Amplitude, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Strategic Mindset: A deep understanding of product development processes and the ability to align analytics insights with broader business objectives.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to translate complex findings for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Language: Conversational to full professional proficiency in English.
