As a Marketing Data Analyst Lead reporting to the Director of Analytics in our Analytics team, your purpose will be to turn raw marketing data into clear, actionable insights that elevate Booksy's growth engine. Partnering closely with Growth Operations, you will build the dashboards, attribution models, and data foundations that help our marketing teams make smarter, faster, and more confident decisions.
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in marketing, growth, or product analytics
- Expert-level SQL skills and hands-on experience working with large datasets in Google BigQuery
- Proven proficiency in Looker (or a similar BI tool), with experience building dashboards and analytical workflows
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and the metrics behind acquisition and performance
- A detail-oriented, data-governance mindset with the ability to translate complexity into clarity
- At a minimum we require conversational level English language skills.
Additional Skills
- Experience with Python for analysis
- Familiarity with dbt or similar data transformation tools
- Knowledge of statistical methods used in experimentation and A/B testing
