As a Customer Support Advisor at Booksy, you'll be on the front lines, supporting our B2B customers for the UK Market through various channels like chat, calls, and emails. You'll be crucial in guaranteeing customer satisfaction with every interaction, acting as a true problem-solver, and tailoring your communication to ensure a responsive, efficient, and seamless experience. This is your opportunity to directly influence how our customers perceive Booksy every day!

In this role, you'll provide support for customer queries, handling their requests and addressing concerns within established time limits, always ensuring a rapid response and that no customer is left without an answer. You'll identify customer issues and provide tailored, relevant solutions, meticulously maintaining records of all interactions in our CRM (Salesforce). Beyond direct support, you'll represent the voice of the customer, seriously following up on open conversations and reporting issues or improvement requests to enhance our solution.

Essentially, to ensure you succeed in this role you're going to need:

  • Experience in customer support, customer service, or similar roles.
  • You are customer-oriented, can understand the problem, and find an appropriate and quick solution.
  • You are organized and responsible, enabling you to meet established response times.
  • Positive and proactive attitude, commitment, and ownership of work. Team player.
  • Familiarity with metrics and customer service tools such as Salesforce, Admin, Zowie, Google Suite is an asset.
