Your career as a Global Payroll Specialist at Booksy gives you the opportunity to lead the end-to-end delivery of accurate, compliant payrolls across our most complex global entities. You won’t just be processing numbers; you’ll be the subject matter expert ensuring our people in the US, UK, Poland, France, and Spain are supported and paid accurately, every time.
Working in a high-growth scale-up, you’ll lead the charge on multi-state US tax compliance and navigate the intricacies of European statutory filings. You will have the autonomy to manage international vendor relationships, holding them accountable to the high standards our team deserves while ensuring we stay ahead of local legislative changes.
You’ll be excited by the prospect of bringing order to complexity, performing vital financial controls and reconciliations that provide the business with total confidence. Requirements
- Global payroll experience, ideally managing either US Multi-state and/or European (FR/ES/PL) payroll legislation.
- A deep understanding of '13th-month' pay, CBA requirements in Spain and France, and US federal/state tax nexus.
- Experience working with global HRIS or Payroll tools like HiBob, Workday, ADP, or CloudPay, alongside advanced Excel skills.
- A track record of holding international providers accountable to strict SLAs.
- The ability to explain complex tax and payroll logic to non-specialist stakeholders clearly and empathetically.
