Requirements:
- Recent experience as an Engineering Manager.
- Strong leadership skills to inspire and guide team members.
- Able to manage team dynamics, build relationships, and build a cohesive team environment.
- Strong software development proficiency in any leading technology, preferably Python.
- Understanding of software architecture and systems design, including the ability to contribute to architectural decisions and practical experience in microservice architecture.
- Proficient knowledge of agile and lean practices, including Scrum, Kanban, or other agile frameworks, and able to combine these methodologies with project management tools to enhance team performance.
- Ability to analyse metrics and use data-driven insights to guide decision-making and improve processes.
- Experience in working with a DevOps mindset, with practical experience in best practices like TDD, CI/CD, and Observability.
