We are looking for a Senior Designer to join our growing design team at an exciting time. As Booksy evolves to become a design-led organisation, you will play a key role in shaping both the products we build and how we build them.
You will work as a solid individual contributor, taking ownership of complex product challenges from discovery through to delivery. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional partners to ship experiences that balance user needs with business strategy.
This is a role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves with urgency, and is energised by the opportunity to establish design excellence whilst doing excellent design work.
What you will do:- Discovery and strategy
- Lead discovery work to deeply understand user and business problems
- Synthesise research, data, and insights into clear design opportunities
- Define and articulate design vision that aligns with product and business strategy
- Partner with product and engineering to shape roadmaps and prioritisation
- Design and delivery
- Own end-to-end design for significant features and experiences
- Create high-quality designs across the full spectrum - from early concepts to polished, production-ready work
- Prototype ideas to test hypotheses and validate solutions quickly
- Design and run experiments to inform decision-making and measure impact
- Work within and contribute to our design system
- Ship work iteratively, measuring impact and refining based on outcomes
- Collaborate effectively with engineers throughout implementation
