As a Marketing Data Analyst Lead reporting to the Director of Analytics in our Analytics team, your purpose will be to turn raw marketing data into clear, actionable insights that elevate Booksyâs growth engine. Partnering closely with Growth Operations, you will build the dashboards, attribution models, and data foundations that help our marketing teams make smarter, faster, and more confident decisions.
Essentially, to ensure you succeed in this role you are going to need:
- 5+ yearsâ experience in marketing, growth, or product analytics.
- Expertâlevel SQL skills and handsâon experience working with large datasets in Google BigQuery.
- Proven proficiency in Looker (or a similar BI tool), with experience building dashboards and analytical workflows.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and the metrics behind acquisition and performance.
- A detailâoriented, dataâgovernance mindset with the ability to translate complexity into clarity.
- Conversational level English language skills.
It will also help you to have:
- Experience with Python for analysis.
- Familiarity with dbt or similar data transformation tools.
- Knowledge of statistical methods used in experimentation and A/B testing.
