This is a junior position designed for someone early in their career who is keen to learn across a real-world product that makes a tangible difference to its users every day. BooksoniX provides a SaaS platform to the publishing industry and you'll work alongside experienced colleagues who'll invest in your growth - writing code, supporting customers, and helping improve how BooksoniX works under the hood. We are a small team, with a global user base. You will need to turn your hand to a variety of tasks, including the occasional firefighting and troubleshooting. You will work as part of a combined DevOps and customer support function - meaning your work is always connected to real people and real problems, not just abstract tickets.
What you'll be doing:
- Core development: Your primary focus will be working on our SaaS application, a platform for publishers to manage their books in a central hub. You will be actively involved in designing and developing new features, system integrations, and bug fixes, requiring an interest in the full stack from database to UX.
- DevOps, Infrastructure and internal tooling: You will take an active role in maintaining and improving our Azure infrastructure.
