  • DevOps, Infrastructure and internal tooling - You will take an active role in maintaining and improving our Azure infrastructure, our internal tools, and our pipelines, refining how our code moves from development into production.
  • Customer support - At times you will respond to customer support tickets requiring technical input, such as updating customer templates, troubleshooting data issues for onboarding customers, and implementing systems integrations.
  • AI implementation - You will proactively drive our work forward in using AI tools to enhance capabilities and achieve better customer outcomes. We're keen to hear from candidates who use AI tools in their work - whether that's using Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar, to debug, research, or accelerate development. You don't need to be an expert, but we want to see that you're curious about how AI can make you a more effective engineer.
