As our Digital Marketing and Campaigns Director, you will be instrumental in shaping Bookouture’s marketing, communications and branding. Collaborating closely with the Digital Communications Director, you will contribute to our industry-leading marketing strategy, driving innovative and results-driven campaigns across all our publishing programmes: Bookouture, Second Sky, and Translate.

A core responsibility will be leading and overseeing our digital advertising, creating and implementing strategy and managing campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Amazon, Google, TikTok and Bookbub. You’ll also build and execute creative branding campaigns for high-potential authors and titles, and continuously analyse performance to identify growth opportunities and evolve our strategy. This includes overseeing testing programmes and collaborating with external freelancers and agencies.

You’ll play a pivotal role in our organic social media strategy, managing the Communications team to develop engaging social campaigns and aligning with paid advertising for fully integrated campaigns. You will also oversee reporting to assess.
