Are you passionate about data and looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic organisation? We are seeking a meticulous and analytical Junior Reporting Analyst to join our team. Quarto creates inspiring books for adults and children published across the globe and as a Junior Reporting Analyst, you will produce reports that help our team make better decisions.

About the role

As a Junior Reporting Analyst, you will be at the heart of our data, ensuring our teams have the information they need to succeed. What you will be involved in:

  • Gathering data from various sources and compile it into comprehensive reports.
  • Creating and publishing reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Working closely with the Sales Operations Director to innovate and enhance our reporting and analytics capabilities.
  • Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data by verifying and manipulating it as needed.
  • Performing ad-hoc analysis to support decision-making processes across the organisation.
  • Maintaining detailed documentation of data sources, methodologies, and reporting processes to ensure transparency and consistency.

About you

You are a detail-oriented and analytical individual with a passion for data. With at least 18 months of experience in a similar or related role, you are familiar with data analysis tools and techniques and have a strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Your ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely sets you apart. You might currently be working in royalties, inventory, finance, or data cleansing, and are looking to leverage your skills in a new and exciting role. You will be able to show you can:

  • Collect, compile, verify, and manipulate data to create meaningful reports that support strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Use your attention to detail to maintain high standards of service.
  • Convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Organise your own work effectively.
