If yes, you might be our next Account Manager to join the Partner Services team in Manchester.
Please Note: To apply for this role you must hold a full UK driving license and be willing to travel extensively across the North of England, including overnight stays. On alternate weeks you will also be required to work two days per week in the Manchester office (Friday is mandatory).
Travel for work: minimum 50% of the time. Primarily based but not limited to within the North of England and North Wales, with occasional travel to UK and Ireland and other countries.
Key Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Identify, research, and contact prospective customers and build positive relationships that generate future sales and repeat business.
- Maintain strong relationships with accommodation partners (visiting accommodations, contacting on a regular basis).
- Act on leads, partner feedback and competitor activity information.
- Translate statistics and insights about Booking.com’s competitors and local market knowledge into relevant actions.
- Provide trainings to accommodations about the online reservation system.
- Support in organizing Booking.com events and webinars, and participate in external events and trade fairs representing the company.
