About Booking Experts

At Booking Experts, we're transforming the way hospitality businesses operate.

Our all-in-one software platform helps holiday parks, campsites, hotels and accommodation providers manage reservations, automate processes and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

We work with hospitality businesses across Europe and continue to grow rapidly.

Our mission is simple: to help hospitality entrepreneurs spend less time on administration and more time focusing on their guests.

As part of our team, you'll join a fast-growing Saa S company where innovation, ownership and customer success are at the heart of everything we do.

About The Role

As a CMS Webdesigner, you'll help customers create websites that not only look great but also perform exceptionally well.

You'll act as a trusted advisor, supporting customers in getting the most from our CMS and helping them optimise their online presence.

No two days are the same.

One day, you'll be helping a new holiday park launch its website.

The next, you'll be working directly with HTML and CSS to improve functionality, implement design changes or optimise performance.

You’ll combine technical expertise with a customer-focused mindset, ensuring websites are easy to manage, technically sound and designed to drive more bookings.

Along the way, you'll work closely with colleagues across the business and contribute ideas that help improve both our platform and the customer experience.

  • What You'll Be Doing
  • Supporting customers with website-related questions and CMS functionality.
  • Advising customers on how to improve their websites and online performance.
  • Creating, updating and optimising websites within the Booking Experts CMS.
  • Implementing design changes and website improvements using HTML and CSS.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and identifying effective solutions.
  • Helping customers launch new websites and make the most of platform features.
  • Reviewing website performance and recommending improvements.
  • Sharing customer feedback and improvement ideas with internal teams.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to continuously improve our CMS and website offering.
  • Ensuring websites are visually appealing, technically reliable and focused on conversion.

About You

We're looking for someone who enjoys both the technical and creative side of websites.

  • You'll Likely Have
  • A higher education qualification or equivalent level of thinking and working.
  • At least 2 years of experience in web support, website management or front‑end development.
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
  • An eye for modern web design and user experience.
  • The ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
  • A customer-focused approach and genuine interest in helping businesses succeed online.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • What You’ll Bring

You're someone who enjoys taking ownership and finding practical solutions.

You combine technical knowledge with strong communication skills and enjoy working directly with customers.

You have a keen eye for detail, take pride in delivering high-quality work and are always looking for ways to improve both websites and processes.

Most importantly, you're motivated by helping customers achieve better results online.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary based on your experience.
  • Annual salary reviews.

How to prepare for a job interview at Booking Experts France

Brush Up on Your Coding Skills

For a full-time software engineering role, it's crucial that we stay sharp with our coding abilities. Expect technical questions that might involve solving problems on the spot or discussing algorithms. Practise on platforms like LeetCode or HackerRank to get comfortable with the types of questions that often come up.

Know Your Tools and Frameworks

Make sure we’re well-acquainted with the tools and technologies listed in the job description. Familiarise ourselves with any specific frameworks or programming languages mentioned. If Booking Experts France uses React or Node.js, for instance, be ready to discuss how we’ve used them in previous projects or coursework.

Showcase Your Projects

Bring along a portfolio that highlights our best work. This could be code samples, GitHub repositories, or any side projects we’ve built. Make sure we can talk through our thought process for each project, especially the challenges we faced and how we solved them—this shows our problem-solving skills in action.

Prepare for Behavioural Questions

While technical skills are key, full-time positions also require cultural fit. Be ready to discuss our previous experiences and how we handle teamwork, conflict, and deadlines. Brush up on the STAR method—Situation, Task, Action, Result—to clearly articulate our past experiences when discussing how we've contributed to a team.
