Role Overview The Senior Technical Specialist SAP HR S4HANA in People Tech works on multiple projects and configuration changes on SAP S4HANA.
The Senior Technical Specialist researches, designs, documents, maintains and implements new functionality in People Tech focusing on user experience, scalable design, legal requirements and best practices.
Responsible for implementing scalable and secure configurations along with fixing issues raised by the Business owners.
Proactively monitors new features released and identifies and promotes changes to improve system design and user experience.
Key Job Responsibilities And Duties This role sits within the People Tech and is responsible to lead and implement enhancements and support SAP S4HANA – Personnel Administration, Time Management, Payroll to configure the platform to achieve measurable benefits Act as the technology expert to provide solutions to the People Services, Financial Systems, Risk teams and other relevant stakeholders.
Review the project designs, perform impact assessment and have ownership and accountability for solutions implemented for any cross‑functional impact or delivery impact.
Partner with other stakeholders such as Financial Systems, IT Services, Security
