Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Coordinator to join our Global Leadership Recruitment team in Manchester.

This is a highly visible, fast-paced, and rewarding role that combines operational excellence with stakeholder partnership and candidate care.

  • Coordinate complex, multi-stage interview processes for senior and executive candidates, across multiple time zones.
  • Act as a trusted partner to recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers to ensure a seamless candidate journey.
  • Manage interview scheduling, logistics, travel, and visa arrangements for executive-level candidates.

  • Maintain 100% data accuracy and compliance across all systems and reporting dashboards.
  • Identify and drive process improvements that simplify workflows and enhance candidate and stakeholder experience.
  • Contribute to global strategic projects in collaboration with the Leadership Recruitment and RC Leadership teams.
  • Represent Booking.com values in every interaction, fostering inclusion, collaboration, and excellence.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; you must be comfortable with regularly engaging with very senior executive stakeholders.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably iCIMS) and Google Workspace for interview scheduling across global time zones.
