When you join our Software Engineering graduate programme at our Manchester office, you’ll spend an intensive 12 months working with several of our core departments. You’ll learn about the exciting world of travel tech from the ground up, and your colleagues, as well as a personal mentor, will help you find your feet. Along the way, you’ll get to share your ideas and skills to positively impact our users and travel partners as an active member of our mission.
The 12 months rotation programme is designed for students graduating in 2025 and 2026. It will start in September 2026, and applications will open in January 2026.
As part of the 12 months programme, you will:
- Receive guidance and support from a dedicated mentor, participate in an onboarding bootcamp, explore learning opportunities.
- Clarify and contribute to two rotations within the engineering business unit.
- Collaborate with a team of engineers to develop and deliver high‑quality software solutions, and coordinate the end‑to‑end delivery of your projects.
- Learn new technologies, stay ahead of the curve, and contribute to the evolution of engineering standard processes.
- Write clear, concise, and comprehensive user documentation.
As a Graduate Software Engineer you will be a permanent team member working with experienced engineers to design and deliver services and products, offering customers the best selection of properties and rooms.
