As a Process Lead - PSP Governance, you will play a critical role in setting the Commercial Operations team up for future success by documenting the as-is state of our Payment Partner access models and account structures, as well as identifying areas for improvement and embedding compliance requirements needed for our regulated legal entity. This role requires strong internal stakeholder and vendor management skills, and ideally experience in documenting and creating user access models in a similar role in the Payments industry. This is a one year fixed term contract.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a method for data driven process optimisation in order to drive efficiency, commercial growth & partner experience.
  • Develop a scalable way to drive process improvement based upon operational feedback.
  • Initiate & drive pilot programmes to test new ways of working.
  • Analyse process performance and research the need within operations, to identify improvement areas.
  • Select improvement areas where the biggest impact can be made.
  • Use Lean Six Sigma experience and tools in a pragmatic way to identify root causes and select the best solutions.
  • Initiate and drive process & technical changes across departments in a diverse stakeholder field such as; Operations, Product, Analytics & Legal.
  • Assure and safeguard the improvement on the long-term by installing the appropriate control measures for key metrics.

  • A proven track record in Lean Six Sigma, Process Improvement, advisory work or project management, leading large projects within a diverse stakeholder field.
  • Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification complete & 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Attention to detail, adaptability, self-starter, and high degree of personal accountability is essential.
  • Ability to communicate effectively within all levels of the company, including senior leadership, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multi-task extensively; experience in project management.
  • Visit local offices & host process innovation workshops to adapt local needs in scalable processes that are globally relevant.
  • Prepare successful changes for delivery to the implementation team for global execution.
  • Serve as liaison between various PS support functions and operational leaders, translate requirements, process recommendations and strategies.
  • Document and assess implemented solutions to make sure they meet business objectives.
  • Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt certified, including 3 years of relevant experience.
