The Booking. com FP Contribute to robust, scalable and insightful reporting of the business unit or department's key metrics; Provide financial and analytical support into business cases 5+ years' experience in a similar role; Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; High attention to detail and ability to connect the dots and reconcile multiple data sources; Strong communication skills and ability to present to different audiences; Self-driven mentality, proactively seeking to find solutions to problems and providing the best analytics possible to key decision makers Advanced knowledge of Excel; Experience with SQL, data mining, Microsoft VBA and reporting tools; Ability to understand, work with and proactively advise and influence senior business partners; Sees the headlines or big picture whilst having attention for the details; Strong team-working skills with ability to work independently; Comfortable working in cross-functional teams and working in an unstructured environment; Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously and drive projects to completion.
