Role Description: The Junior Specialist PPC supports Booking.com's business growth through paid search marketing to help achieve ambitious performance targets for transaction growth globally, whilst maintaining Return on Investment targets. This role will assist in managing the implementation of Booking.com's paid search strategy. This will involve managing the performance of existing campaigns and relationships, as well as analysis of trends. This role will help increase the visibility of the Booking.com brand online and co-ordinate successful PPC campaigns. The Junior Specialist will integrate significantly with the rest of the PPC team.
Key Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Supporting the PPC team in building, developing and maintaining search engine marketing campaigns across a wide range of search engines (Google, Bing, Yandex, Baidu);
- Assisting more senior team members in execution of more sophisticated projects;
- End to end ownership and execution of simple projects related to our PPC campaigns;
- Possible ownership, with assistance, of smaller search engines like Naver or Baidu.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proficiency in English is crucial, any other language is a plus;
- Education to at least degree level or equivalent preferred;
- At least 1-2 years experience in digital marketing, PPC preferred;
- Enjoy using data to make decisions and process strong quantitative and analytical skills.
