As a Skilled Butcher you will have solid product knowledge, cutting and preparation skills, and a commitment to high standards of customer service. You will prepare orders to meet customers’ needs and understand stock control processes and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Support the Butchery sales and profit by working closely with the Butchery Manager and department team.
- Interact with customers to deliver the highest standards in customer service and comply with health & safety and legal standards at all times.
- May run the department in the Butchery Manager’s absence, following company standard ways of working and legislative requirements in food safety and health and safety.
Qualifications
- Customer‑driven, organised, and an excellent communicator.
- Experience within the butchery trade.
Working Hours
The working hours/pattern for this role will be discussed and confirmed at interview. We are a 7‑day operation and offer a variety of flexible working patterns to fit personal circumstances and support work and family demands.
