Responsibilities:

  • Pick and pack customer orders using a handheld terminal to understand pick expectations.
  • Receive, store and stack items appropriately.
  • Work with integrity to fulfil all stock requirements and needs.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, prioritising health, safety and legal compliance.
  • Operate LLOPs and FLTs once trained and work in ambient, chilled and freezer sections as required.
  • Remain flexible and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment, working both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Age 18 or older (for early or late shifts).
  • Must successfully complete a drug and alcohol test before employment.
  • Warehouse experience preferred but not essential.
  • Hardworking, able to meet deadlines, professional, positive, organised and enthusiastic.
  • Self‑motivated and capable of working both individually and collaboratively.

Working Hours & Location:

  • Wellingborough distribution centre – five days a week starting at 7:00 am, with various shifts to be discussed.
