We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Scoot Support Manager to lead and evolve the administrative function of the Scoot project. This pivotal role ensures the smooth running of day-to-day operations, supports strategic initiatives, and acts as a key liaison between internal teams, retailers, and customers.
You will be responsible for:
- Leading and optimising administrative processes for the Scoot project.
- Supporting the Retail Support Lead & Assistant, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Representing Scoot in cross-functional meetings and communicating with external retailers.
- Tracking and reporting on retailer credits/charges, sales performance, and customer enquiries.
- Maintaining oversight of retailer contracts and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
- Developing training materials and best practice guides to support operational excellence.
- Managing customer databases.
- Managing stock levels for Scoot equipment.
- Preparing impactful presentations and updates for stakeholders.
