Working within our Technology function in the Online Shopping team, you’ll use data and insight to influence product decisions, improve customer journeys, and measure the impact of change. Responsibilities
- You’ll work closely with product, design and technology teams to ensure decisions are driven by meaningful insight.
- Build strong partnerships with product and design teams to shape objectives, set measurable goals and influence the roadmap.
- Lead end‑to‑end analysis – from gathering requirements and defining success metrics to delivering actionable insights.
- Design, run and analyse A/B tests to continuously optimise the customer experience.
- Use data from multiple sources to identify trends, answer business questions and uncover new opportunities.
- Provide clear recommendations that balance customer needs and commercial impact.
- Create engaging, easy‑to‑understand data visualisations to communicate insights.
- Confidently present findings and represent the team when needed.
- Add context to analysis using external benchmarks and industry comparisons.
- Support fast, data‑driven decision‑making, especially where trade‑offs are required.
Qualifications
We’re looking for someone who is curious, collaborative and passionate about using data to improve digital experiences. Ideally, you will bring:
- Experience in a digital analytics or similar role.
- A strong track record of using experimentation (e.g. A/B testing) to drive performance and insight.
- Commercial awareness with a customer‑first mindset.
- Experience working with cross‑functional teams across the product development lifecycle.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly to a wide range of audiences.
- Experience with tools such as Adobe Analytics and Tableau (or similar platforms).
