About the role
Key Responsibilities - South Elmsall RDC
- Support the Warehouse Operations Manager with the smooth, efficient and cost-effective running of the warehouse.
- Work closely with the South Elmsall Management team to deliver strong results across all warehouse operations.
- Take ownership for health and safety during your shift and help build a strong safety-first culture across the site.
- Manage shift costs and productivity to help the site meet its budget, including controlling stock loss.
- Deliver great service to our customers by keeping service disruptions low and protecting product availability.
- Lead continuous improvement across your shift and support a culture of improvement across the warehouse.
- Be a positive role model and strong leader - coaching Team Managers, Warehouse Operatives and Clerical colleagues using our Winning Manager behaviours.
