Responsibilities

  • As a trainee you will be trained on how to debone, break down and trim the meat cuts.
  • Learn about the different meat cuts and specifications.
  • Work in a safe clean working environment in line with current legislation.
  • After training is completed have the opportunity to progress through the pay grades in line with your skill level.
