As a Skilled Butcher, you will have strong product knowledge, cutting and preparation skills, and a commitment to high customer service standards. You will prepare orders according to customer needs, understand stock control procedures, and work closely with the Butchery Manager and team to support sales and profit goals.

You will ensure compliance with health & safety and legal standards, and be customer-focused, organized, and an effective communicator with experience in the butchery trade.

Working as part of a small team in the Butchery Department, potentially managing the department in the absence of the Butchery Manager, following company policies and legal requirements related to food safety and health & safety.
