About the role
We’re looking for a motivated IS Senior Analyst to join our Supply Chain team here at Booker. You’ll help us keep our systems running smoothly, securely, and efficiently - making sure we’re ready for the future and always finding new ways to improve how we work.
You will be responsible for supporting and developing our Supply Chain systems and processes so they meet the needs of the business and our customers. You’ll also share in out-of-hours management support with our third-party support partner when needed.
You will need:
- Experience in FMCG or wholesale supply chain environments.
- A good grasp of forecasting and replenishment systems.
- Understanding of wholesale business processes.
- Experience working with both internal teams and external partners.
- Project management experience, ideally in a technical setting.
- Service management skills, including dealing with third-party suppliers.
- Consistent delivery of results on time and within budget.
- Knowledge of Blue Yonder ASR/AWR, or AS400 / iSeries systems (bonus!).
