You will guide complex cases, ensure policy alignment, and partner with the Head of ER, Policy & Change to strengthen ER frameworks and manager capability.

You will lead ER Partners across regions, use data to reduce risk, and provide practical, risk-based advice to senior leaders while driving improvements in ER processes and governance.
