To support the interfaces and interaction between the National Account Manager and Client.

The compilation of key reporting, and support and co-ordinate commercial and operational activities.

  • Role and Responsibilities
  • Ensure specified customer reports are compiled and circulated as agreed.
  • Support the NAMs in the management of menu changes, promotions, route changes and system changes.
  • Liaise as required with all internal departments.
  • Liaise as required with the client, including franchisees, distributors and restaurant managers where relevant.
  • Provide support to the NAMs in their day-to-day dealings with clients.
  • Cover for the other support roles during absence including export
  • Manage the audit trail of critical documents such as product sheets.
  • Ensure adequate phone coverage in the absence of team members
  • Manage new restaurant openings.
  • Manage allocations.
  • Manage relevant, escalated customer service issues.
  • Analysis of key customer performance factors.
  • Manage certain weekly export administration activities.
  • Knowledge/Skills/Experience

Essential

  • Evidence of providing administrative support to internal and external contacts.
  • Evidence of having worked in a customer facing commercial environment.
  • Results oriented but with good attention to detail.
  • Excellent computer literacy and strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent excel and Microsoft Office skills to enable report design, hyperlinks, formulas, etc.
  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated.
  • Evidence of working as part of a team.
