We are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join us in our South Elmsall site. Working in our distribution centres means fast‑paced environments, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to think quickly and work as part of a team to ensure orders are picked accurately and on time with seamless delivery to our customers. This role requires working any 5 days from 7, with various hours and shift patterns available.

Responsibilities

  • Pick and pack customer orders using a hand‑held terminal to understand pick expectations.
  • Receive, store and stack inventory appropriately.
  • Work with integrity to fulfil all stock requirements and needs.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, keeping health, safety and legal requirements top of mind.
  • Be trained on LLOP and FLT equipment, where applicable.
  • Adapt to ambient, chilled and freezer sections as required.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Hardworking, able to work to set deadlines, and have a professional, positive, organised and enthusiastic approach.
  • Experience in a warehouse environment is preferred but not essential.
  • Work independently and as part of a team; be self‑motivated.
  • Must be over 18 (unless the role does not require work before 6:15 am or after 9:45 pm or in certain areas).
