Overview
This is a part-time role for 20 hours per week. You will ensure our customers receive excellent service across multiple store areas, with no two days the same. Responsibilities include stocking shelves, operating tills, managing stock levels, and assisting with deliveries. Everything you do should help customers find what they came for, served quickly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and dispatch goods using a handheld terminal and inform the Manager of any discrepancies.
- Check quality and shelf life; ensure packaging is robust in preparation for delivery.
- Provide a high standard of customer service by processing deliveries efficiently and to target.
- Be polite when dealing with delivery staff and refer complex queries or complaints to the appropriate person.
- Maintain a can-do attitude and meet designated pick rates; be present, on time and neatly presented.
