About the role Overtime opportunities are available. This is a permanent position within our delivery team as a Van Driver, involving a mix of duties including picking for the delivery team and supporting the delivery operation to achieve excellent customer service. You must hold a full driving license to be considered. Our drivers are vital to our business, ensuring timely deliveries and excellent service to our customers. Responsibilities Accurately picking and dispatching goods using a handheld terminal, and reporting any discrepancies to the manager. Checking quality, shelf life, and ensuring packaging is robust for delivery. Providing high standards of customer service by processing deliveries efficiently and meeting targets. Delivering goods to customers, being polite, and responding appropriately to queries and complaints, referring complex issues to the appropriate person. Loading stock into the vehicle at the branch and unloading at customer premises, with accurate completion of paperwork. Requirements A positive attitude and a passion for customer service.
