Within this role, you will have the opportunity as a permanent team member to join our delivery team.

You will join the business as a Van driver with duties including picking for the delivery team, supporting the delivery operation in achieving first-class customer service.

You need a full driving license to be considered for this role.

Our drivers are vital to our business, ensuring customers receive their deliveries on time with excellent service.

Responsibilities include the accurate picking and dispatch of goods using a handheld terminal, and informing the manager of any discrepancies.

Checking quality, shelf life, and ensuring packaging is robust for delivery.

Providing high standards of customer service by processing deliveries efficiently and meeting targets.

Delivering goods to customers while maintaining politeness and professionalism, responding to queries and complaints, and escalating complex issues as needed.

Loading stock into the vehicle at the branch and unloading at customer premises, with accurate paperwork completion.

Key qualities include a can-do attitude, a passion for customer service, willingness to go the extra mile, punctuality, and proper presentation.

A full driving license is required.
