About the role
You will be expected to ensure our customers’ needs are exceeded at all times while working in different areas of the store, so no two days will be the same. Responsibilities include filling shelves, serving on the tills, managing stock levels, and picking deliveries. Everything you do matters in ensuring our customers get everything they came for, served quickly and efficiently.
We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude, passionate about delivering excellent customer service, and willing to go the extra mile for our customers.

Responsibilities
- Accurately picking and dispatching goods using a handheld terminal, and reporting discrepancies to the manager.
- Checking quality, shelf life, and packaging for robustness in preparation for delivery.
- Providing high standards of customer service by processing deliveries efficiently and meeting targets.
- Polite communication with delivery staff and appropriate responses to queries and complaints, referring complex issues to management.
