We are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join us at our South Elmsall site. This role works any 5 days from 7; shift pattern will be discussed at interview. Night shift is 10pm to 6am.
Prior to employment, you must successfully complete a drug and alcohol test.
Responsibilities- Picking and packing customer orders using a hand held terminal to understand pick expectations.
- Receiving, storing and stacking items appropriately.
- Maintaining stock integrity to fulfil all stock requirements and business needs.
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment with health and safety always top of mind.
- Operating LLOPs and FLTs where trained, with training provided in relevant areas of the distribution centres.
- Working in distribution centres that may include ambient, chilled and freezer sections; details discussed in process.
- As a warehouse operative, be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Hardworking with the ability to work to set deadlines and maintain a professional, positive, organised, and enthusiastic approach.
- Proven warehouse experience is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative; self-motivation is key.
